Multiplayer Experience provides interactive event entertainment, including equipment setup, operation, and optional hosting. Final details, pricing, and availability are confirmed upon booking.

 

Bookings & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due prior to or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and circumstances.

 

Event Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing a suitable space for setup, including adequate room, power access, and a safe environment for equipment and guests.

 

Liability

Multiplayer Experience is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from misuse of equipment, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Clients assume responsibility for guest behavior and any damage caused to equipment during the event.

 

Media & Promotion

We may capture photos or videos during events for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in advance.

 

Communication

By submitting an inquiry or booking, you agree to be contacted regarding your event and occasional updates. You may opt out at any time.
